(B) SUBMISSION OF STATEMENT OF LICENSED DRIVERS'
SCHOOL.
UNLESS THE APPLICANT HIMSELF IS LICENSED TO CONDUCT
A DRIVERS' SCHOOL, EACH APPLICATION FOR A LICENSE SHALL
CONTAIN OR BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE WRITTEN STATEMENT OF THE
LICENSED DRIVERS' SCHOOL BY WHOM THE APPLICANT IS OR WILL
BE EMPLOYED, CERTIFYING THAT THE APPLICANT HAS BEEN
ACCEPTED AS A DRIVING INSTRUCTOR. THE WRITTEN STATEMENT
SHALL BE SIGNED ON BEHALF OF THE LICENSED DRIVERS' SCHOOL
BY A PERSON AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS TITLE TO SIGN AN
APPLICATION FOR A DRIVERS' SCHOOL LICENSE.
(C) NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT.
(1) IF A DRIVERS' SCHOOL MAKES A CERTIFIED
STATEMENT UNDER THIS SECTION, THE DRIVERS' SCHOOL
IMMEDIATELY SHALL NOTIFY THE ADMINISTRATION OF ANY
TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT OF THE DRIVING INSTRUCTOR.
(2) THE NOTIFICATION SHALL BE MADE ON THE
FORM THAT THE ADMINISTRATION REQUIRES.
REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsection (a) (1) and (2) of this
section is new language derived without
substantive change from the first and last
sentences of Art. 66 1/2, §6-507(a).
Subsection (a)(3) of this section is new
language derived, in part, from the reference
to employment in the first sentence of Art. 66
1/2, §6—507(a), and, in conformity with
current regulations and practice, revised to
clarify the distinction between a drivers'
school and a driving instructor. See
revisor's note to §15-801(b) of this subtitle.
The balance of this section is new language
patterned after the similar provisions of
§15-404 of this title as to vehicle salesmen
and added here to clarify current practice.
The General Assembly might wish to consider
the need for retaining the rather vague and,
therefore, somewhat unworkable requirements of
subsection (a)(1) of this section,
particularly in light of the more specific
provisions of §15-807 (1) of this subtitle to
similar effect.
15-8 04. APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
IN ADDITION TO THE INFORMATION REQUIRED UNDER
§15-102 OF THIS TITLE, EACH APPLICATION FOR A LICENSE
SHALL INCLUDE:
(1) THE NAME AND BUSINESS ADDRESS OF THE DRIVERS'
SCHOOL BY WHOM THE APPLICANT IS OR WILL BE EMPLOYED; OR
