subtitle and, therefore, covered by subsection
(a) (2) (ii) of this section.
Similarly, the present express exception for a
vehicle "operating on ... charter" is deleted.
If that vehicle is a bus, it is a Class I
vehicle under §13—931 of this subtitle and,
therefore, excepted by subsection (a) (2) (ii)
of this section. If it is not a bus (e.g., a
taxicab), then it is, in fact, a Class B
vehicle and not intended to be excepted from
this section at all.
13-915 13-914. FUNERAL MOTOR VEHICLES AND AMBULANCES:
CLASS C (FUNERAL AND AMBULANCE) VEHICLES.
(A) CLASSIFICATION.
WHEN REGISTERED WITH THE ADMINISTRATION, EVERY MOTOR
VEHICLE OPERATED AS AN AMBULANCE, A MORTICIAN FLOWER
COACH OR SERVICE WAGON, OR A FUNERAL LIMOUSINE OR COACH
IS A CLASS C (FUNERAL AND AMBULANCE) VEHICLE.
(B) ANNUAL FEE.
FOR EACH CLASS C (FUNERAL AND AMBULANCE) VEHICLE,
THE ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE IS $40.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from Art. 66 1/2,
§3-804.
The present fee—exception for "these publicly
owned and operated" is deleted as unnecessary
in light of §13—903(a)(1) to the same effect.
13-916 13-915. MOTORCYCLES: CLASS D (MOTORCYCLE)
VEHICLES.
(A) CLASSIFICATION.
WHEN REGISTERED WITH THE ADMINISTRATION, EVERY
MOTORCYCLE IS A CLASS D (MOTORCYCLE) VEHICLE.
(B) ANNUAL FEE.
FOR EACH CLASS D (MOTORCYCLE) VEHICLE, THE ANNUAL
REGISTRATION FEE IS $10.

The present reference to "motor scooters,
motor bicycles, bicycles having motor
