Bill No. 7 6-54
AN EMERGENCY ACT to add new Chapter 24, heading, "Water
and Sewer", to the Harford County Code; and to add
new Article 1, heading, Joppatowne Sanitary
Subdistrict", said Article to provide that said
subdistrict shall be governed by applicable laws and
rules and regulations of water and sewer systems in
Harford County RULES AND REGULATIONS ESTABLISHED
SPECIFICALLY FOR THE JOPPATOWNE SANITARY
SUBDISTRICT; to also provide for the establishment
of the physical boundaries of said subdistrict; TO
PROVIDE FOR RATES FOR RAISING FUNDS FOR INITIAL
OPERATING CAPITAL AND FOR DEBT RETIREMENT; to
provide that this Act shall not take effect until
Harford County and the Maryland Environmental
Service commence operation of the Joppatowne
Utilities Corporation; TO PROVIDE FOR A JOPPATOWNE
SANITARY SUBDISTRICT CITIZENS' ADVISORY COMMISSION;
and further to provide generally for a new Harford
County Code chapter governing water and sewer within
Harford County, Maryland.
Effective June 30, 1976.

AN ACT to repeal and re—enact with amendments Article 4,
heading, "Concerts", to Chapter 3, heading,
"Amusements", to the Harford County Code, to provide
for the issuance of permits and regulations of
concerts in Harford County generally, and to provide
penalties for the violation of said Article.
Effective November 29, 1976.

16—100, subheading, "Prohibition Against strikes and
Lockouts", of Article 3, heading, "Employee Labor
Relations", of Chapter 16, heading, "Personnel", of

prohibition against strikes, lockouts and agency
shops.
