Bill No. 76-33
AN EMERGENCY ACT to add new Chapter 25, heading,
"Zoning", to the Harford County Code, and to add new
Article 15, heading, "Flood Hazard Control", to said
Chapter 25 of the Harford County Code; said Chapter
25 to provide for the control and regulation of land
use within Harford County and said Article 15 to
provide for the control of certain land in Harford
County which is subject to flooding; to limit the
use of land in flood plains, to provide for certain
definitions, to require certain types of
construction, to designate flood plain areas on
plats and zoning maps; to provide for a flood plain
district in all zoning maps in Harford County, and
to provide penalties for the violation of this
Article and generally to provide for the control of
flood plain areas in Harford County, Maryland.
Effective June 8, 1976.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and re—enact with amendments
Section 201A (a), of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Harford County (1965 Edition, as amended),
heading, "Classified Service", subheading, "Position
Classification Plan"; to provide for temporary
classifications to comply with State and Federal
Grants.
Effective June 8, 1976.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments
Section 9—4(c), subheading, "Land Clearing Debris",
and Section 9—6(g), subheading, "Collection and
Transportation", and to enact new Section 9-3.1.
subheading, "Landfill Fees", all of Article I, "In
General", of Chapter 9, heading, "Environmental
Controls", of the Harford County Code; said Sections
to provide for the clarification of land clearing
debris requirements; and to provide for certain
contractual requirements for trash collection
services in Harford County; to provide for certain
landfill fees in Harford County landfills; and
generally relating to environmental controls in
Harford County.
