AN ACT to provide that non—citizens may apply for taxicab
driver's licenses, AND TO REQUIRE LEGAL RESIDENCE IN
THE UNITED STATES Of AMERICA FOR AT LEAST TWO YEARS
AND A KNOWLEDGE OF THE STREETS, ROADS, ETC. OF THE
COUNTY, by repealing and re—enacting with
amendments. Section 32—8(a) of the Baltimore County
Code, 1968, title "Taxicabs", Article II. Regulation
of Taxicab Business.

AN ACT to provide for the transfer of County on—street
parking meters as presently located and installed,
including spare meters, and the transfer of certain
responsibilities incident thereto from the County to
the Baltimore County Revenue Authority, by
renumbering Sections 17—42, 17—43, 17—44, 17—51,
17—52 and 17—53, by repealing and re—enacting with
amendments Section 17—38, by repealing Sections
17—41 and 17—45 through 17—50, and by enacting new
Sections 17-41, 17-42, 17-46 and 17-47 of the
Baltimore County Code, 1968 (1975 Cumulative
Supplement) title "Motor Vehicles and Traffic",
Article IV. Parking Meters.

AN ACT to provide for the correction and halt of the
spread of deterioration through inadequate
maintenance of investment properties in Baltimore
County and to authorize the Buildings Engineer for
Baltimore County to require maintenance of said
properties by adding new Sections 5—17 through 5—20
to the Baltimore County Code, 1968, title
"Buildings", under new Article II. Substandard and
poorly maintained Investment Properties, and by
adding new Article I. In General to said Title to
comprise existing sections 5—1 through 5—16.
