County Code, 196 8, title "Hucksters, Peddlers,
Canvassers and Solicitors", Article I. Hucksters and
Peddlers,

WHEREAS, mobile vendors are an attractive nuisance
which constitute a traffic and safety hazard when parked
or standing near schools, and
WHEREAS, in order to promote public safety and to
safeguard the health and welfare of our school children;
