4402 COUNTY LOCAL LAWS
County AND THE REMOVAL OF STRUCTURES FROM FINAL
LANDMARKS LIST, to establish procedures for the
preservation of structures of historical,
architectural, archeological or cultural value to
Baltimore County, to require permits for changes to
designated privately owned structures, to provide
that "demolition by neglect" shall be a violation of
the Building Code, TO REQUIRE NOTICE BY SELLER IN
CONTRACTS OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY UNDER CERTAIN
CONDITIONS, to provide the right of appeal from
decisions of the commission and to provide penalties
for certain violations, by adding new Sections
22-136 through 22-162 22-163 to the Baltimore County
Code, 1968, title "Planning, Zoning and Subdivision
Control", under new Article VI. Historical and
Architectural Preservation.

AN ACT, to provide for the issuance of licenses, the
revocation of licenses and permits, the control of
stray and abandoned animals, the disposition of
impounded animals, the care of animals in general,
the enforcement of this Title, the penalties for
violation of any provision hereof and the protection
of the health and safety of the citizens of
Baltimore County by repealing Sections 3—1 through
3-39 of the Baltimore County Code, 1968 (1974
Cumulative Supplement) title "Animals", and Articles
I, II and III thereof and by enacting in lieu
thereof new Sections 3—1 through 3—57 under new
Articles I through IX.

AN ACT to change and clarify the law concerning the
location of sewage disposal facilities and
individual sewage systems on or near watersheds of
the public water supply system, including, but not
limited to, any public water supply reservoir
system; to prohibit location of sewage disposal
facilities in such areas; to establish minimum
distance requirements for individual sewage systems
in proximity to public water supply reservoirs and
streams feeding therein; to authorize the County
Health Officer to require hydro—geological studies
