inclusive, to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 8, "Elections", to
be under new Subtitle 5, "Referendum Procedure", to
follow immediately after Subtitle 4 thereof, to
provide for a procedure to petition an ordinance or
part thereof to referendum, to regulate the form of
the referendum petition, to clarify the procedure
for verification and certification of referendum
petitions, to require a statement of contributions
and expenses, to provide for notice and publication
of the question, to define unlawful acts related to
the petition procedure and provide penalties
therefor; and matters generally related thereto.

Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning

Heading, "Specific Standards", Subheading, "Other
Special Exceptions", and to enact new Section
13-343.18(6) in lieu thereof to stand in the place
of the Section repealed, to regulate the density of
mobile home parks, and matters generally related
thereto.
