AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to enact new Section 12-1103 (d)
to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and
Franchises", Subtitle 11, "Plumbing", Article I,
"Plumbing Regulations" to follow immediately after
Section 12-1103 (c) thereof; to provide that the
provisions of the Plumbing Code relating to minimum
lost sizes as prerequisite to the installation of
individual sewage disposal systems shall not be
applicable to certain property; and to expressly
ratify, confirm, and validate the approval by the
County Health Officer of the issuance of permits for
the installation of certain individual sewage
disposal systems.

owned and/or operated sanitary landfills.

Edition and Supplements), Title 3, "Buildings",

that a building permit shall be required when the
cost or" said construction exceeds Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00), and matters generally related
thereto.
