Zoning Regulations", Article I, "General Provisions
and Definitions", to follow immediately after
Sections            13-300.2(98),             13-300.7(12),            and 13—300.9(c), to provide standards for accessory
structures for waterfront lots and to provide
standards for setback requirements for swimming
pools on waterfront lots; and matters generally
related thereto. Approved June 28, 1976.
Bill No. 58-76 AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 1—215(a) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article
II, "Classified Service"; to add new Sub-sections
(33A), (150A), and (232A), to Section 1-217,
"Standards for positions", of said Code, Title,
Subtitle and Article, to follow immediately after
Sub-sections 1-217 (33),        (150), and (232), respectively, to create the new positions of
Assistant Planning and Zoning Officer, Fleet
Administrator,
and Parks Superintendent, respectively, and to establish the salary grades and
minimum qualification requirements for said positions, and matters generally related thereto. Approved August 3, 1976.
Bill No. 63-76 AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 15—410 (a) , of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 15, "Public
Works", Subtitle 4, "Water and Wastewater", and to
add new Section 15—410 (g) to the same Code, Title
and Subtitle, to repeal and re—enact, with
amendments, Section 17-601B, 17-602, 17-604A,
17-605(b), (c) and (g) , 17-606(b), (c) and (g) ,
17-607, 17-607A (1), 17-608(c), 17-611 (b) (1) and
17-612 (b), same Code, Title 17, "Taxation",
Subtitle 6, "Water and Wastewater Charges and
Assessments", and to re—letter Sections 17—605(f)
and (f.l) and 17-606(f) and (f.1) of the same Code,
Title and Subtitle, and to add new Sections
17-605(d) and 17-606(d) to the same Code, Title and
Subtitle, changing the number of property owners
required to petition for establishment of water or
wastewater facilities; providing for approval of
certain projects by the Director of the Department
of Public Works under certain circumstances;
