to prohibit the sale or attempted sale of goods,
wares or other merchandise, solicitation and
distributions made to any operator of a motor
vehicle on a highway unless a license has been
granted by the Anne Arundel County Department of
Inspections and Permits, and matters generally
related thereto.

Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and
Zoning", to be under the new Subtitle 5, "Historic
Preservation Commission", to follow immediately
after Section 13-403 of Subtitle 4 thereof, to add
and assign additional duties and functions to the
Office of Planning and Zoning by enacting a new
division of such office to be known as the Historic
Preservation Commission of Anne Arundel County; to
state the purpose of this Ordinance; to state the
composition and organization of the Commission; to
state the powers and duties of the Commission; and
to provide generally for matters relating thereto.
