add sanitary landfills as a special exception
permitted in W3 Heavy Industrial Districts; and to
repeal and re—enact, with amendments, Section
13-343.29 (7) (d) of said Code, Title, Subtitle and
Article XI, "Special Exceptions", to permit the City
of Annapolis to operate a sanitary landfill in Anne
Arundel County, and matters generally related
thereto.
