repeal Section 11A—1302 of said Code, Title and
Subtitle and enact new Section 11A—1302 in lieu
thereof, to provide for final written order and the
requirements of said order; to repeal Sections
11A-1303, 11A-1304, 11A-1305 and 11A-1306 of said
Code, Title and Subtitle and enact new Sections 11A—
1303, to provide that the Health Officer shall
record the final order among the Land Records of
Anne Arundel County; 11A—1304, to provide for the
liability of transferees of any dwelling; and
11A—1305, to provide that notice of compliance shall
be recorded among the Land Records of Anne Arundel
County; to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Section 11A-1400 of said Code, Title, Subtitle 14,
"Civil Penalties", to provide for civil penalties
for failure to comply with notice of violation and
first order; to add new Section 11A—1401 to said
Code, Title and Subtitle, to follow immediately
after Section 11A—1400, to provide a criminal
penalty for violation of this title; to add new
Section 11A-1402 to said Code, Title and Subtitle,
to follow immediately after Section 11A—1401, to
provide that the Health Officer may institute
injunctive, mandamus or other appropriate action or
proceedings at law or equity for the enforcement of
this title; to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Section 11A-1501(f) of said Code, Title, Subtitle
15, "Repairs; Demolition; Revolving Fund", to
include the removal of all debris resulting from
said demolition; and matters generally related
thereto.

Section 12—1107(a) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements) , Title 12, "Licenses,
Permits, and Franchises", Subtitle 11, "Plumbing
Code", to except certain individual and emergency
repair work from the permit requirements of the
County Plumbing Code.
