CHARTER AMENDMENT
RESOLUTION NO. 2-76
RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Council of Manchester,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article
11—E of the Constitution of the State of Maryland, and
Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, entitled "Municipal Corporations," as that
Section was enacted by Chapter 423 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1955, entitled "A
RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
MANCHESTER, FOUND IN ARTICLE 7 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC
LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND, BY REPEALING AND REENACTING WITH
AMENDMENTS SECTION 145 FROM THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS
OF CARROLL COUNTY."
[Section 145 (Section 2 of the new Manchester
Charter) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Carroll
County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
