[Sections 81-1(b), 81-3(a), and   81-4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Montgomery    County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments. Section  81—3(c), added. Effective Date September 23, 1976]
LONACONING (Allegany County) RESOLUTION NO. 1 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF LONACONING,
MARYLAND, ENTITLED "AN AMENDMENT OF THE CHARTER OF
THE TOWN OF LONACONING, SECTIONS 385-400, CHANGING
THE QUALIFICATIONS AND METHOD OF REGISTRATION OF
VOTERS; THE MANNER OF KEEPING THE REGISTRATION BOOK;
AND THE DUTIES OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF
ELECTIONS AND THE TOWN CLERK WITH RESPECT TO
ELECTIONS AND VOTER REGISTRATION." [Sections 385 through 400 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Allegany County, repealed and reenacted,
with amendments. Effective Date September 21, 1976]
MANCHESTER (Carroll County) CHARTER AMENDMENT
RESOLUTION NO. 1-76 RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Counsel of Manchester,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article
11—E of the Constitution of the State of Maryland, and
Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, entitled "Municipal Corporations," as that
Section was enacted by Chapter 423 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1955, entitled "A
RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
MANCHESTER, FOUND IN ARTICLE 7 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC
LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND, BY REPEALING AND REENACTING, WITH
AMENDMENTS, SECTION 145 FROM THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL
LAWS OF CARROLL COUNTY." [Section 145 (Section 1 of the new Manchester
Charter) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Carroll
County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
