RESOLUTION 76-CR-1
A RESOLUTION to amend Article VI of the Charter of
the City of College Park, titled "Voters" to add a
section 17A, titled "Other City Employees to Register",
to authorize the City Clerk to designate two other City
employees to register qualified persons.
WHEREAS the City of College Park is desirous of
assuring, to the extent practicable, that there will
always be some one present to take voter registration
during normal office hours.

the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County,
added.
