CAPITOL HEIGHTS
taxes of any kind in connection      with said land to be annexed until such time as the Town provides the necessary services to said area   and the required building
permits are issued; And WHEREAS; The Town of Capitol Heights and Ruth
Powell Strine, and Louis J- and Anna T. Carusillo,
landowners and sole residents, deem said annexations to
be to their mutual benefit. [Section 8—4A of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, added. Effective Date August 3, 1976]
CHESAPEAKE CITY (Cecil County) RESOLUTION NO. 1-76 A RESOLUTION BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF CHESAPEAKE CITY ADOPTING A
1975 SURVEY AS THE OFFICIAL SURVEY OF THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF CHESAPEAKE CITY
SUPERSEDING A SURVEY MADE IN 1856 WHEREAS, the Charter of The Town of Chesapeake City
in Section 2 thereof directs that the courses and
distances showing the exact corporate limits of the Town
shall be filed at all times with the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Cecil County and with other governmental
agencies as specified therein, and WHEREAS, the only official survey of the boundaries
of the Town was the original survey made in 1856 by
Charles McCauley, Surveyor, the description and plat of
which is recorded among the Land Records of Cecil County
in Liber H.H.M. No. 6, folio 650 et seq., and WHEREAS, the reference points in the aforesaid
description for the most part do not exist today, and WHEREAS, for many years there has been uncertainty
as to the exact location of portions of the Town's
boundaries, and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of The Town of
Chesapeake City, desiring to clarify the uncertainty as
to the location of the Town's boundaries, engaged
Frederick Ward Associates, Inc., of Bel Air, Maryland,
Registered Land Surveyors, to resurvey the Town's
boundaries using the description recorded among the Land
Records of Cecil County in Liber H.H.M. No. 6, folio 650
et seq., and
