CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. R-9-75
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWIE,
MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article
11E of the Constitution of Maryland ad Section 13 of
Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition, as amended) to amend Section 32 entitled
"Conduct of Elections" said Section being Section 5—32
of Subtitle 5 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Lavs of Maryland (1963 Edition, as amended), which
Article contains in whole or in part the Charter of the
City of Bowie, by repealing and reenacting with amendment
said Section 32 providing for the lengthening of the
hours of City election polls from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
[Section 5-32 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. R-10-75
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWIE,
MARYLAND adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E
of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article
23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as
amended) to amend Section 42 entitled "Fiscal Year; Tax
Year" said Section being Section 5—42 of Subtitle 5 of
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1963 Edition, as amended), which Article contains in
whole or in part the Charter of the City of Bowie, by
repealing and reenacting with amendment said Section 42
providing for the deletion of specific language defining
the tax year in the fiscal system of the City of Bowie.
[Section 5—42 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
