EXECUTIVE ORDERS

|
|
|
|
(1) One shall be from the State
Department of Education;
(2) One shall be from the State
Department of Human
Resources;
(3) One shall be from the State
Employment Security
Administration;
(4) One shall be from each of
the prime sponsor
jurisdictions in the State,
recommended by the highest
elected official in the
jurisdiction or by the
person officially designated
to act in that capacity for
the governmental units
within the prime sponsor
jurisdiction.
(5) The remaining members shall
be selected from labor,
business, and community
groups and from other State
agencies.
(d) The Council shall;
(1) advise the Governor, the
CETA prime sponsors, and the
public on statewide manpower
policy,
(2) review state agency and
prime sponsor plans
concerning manpower in order
to recommend more effective
coordination of efforts,
(3) monitor state agency and
CETA prime sponsor programs
and services,
(4) make an annual manpower
report to the Governor, and
(5) otherwise perform the
functions and duties
prescribed for it in CETA
and any regulations issued
thereunder.
