15.
(i) In Worcester County the annual license fee for
[such a] THIS license [shall be one hundred fifty dollars
($150-00)] IS $150. The hours for sale shall be as
provided in § 106(c) of this article. IN WORCESTER
COUNTY LIGHT WINE MEANS ANY FERMENTED BEVERAGE NOT IN
EXCESS OF 22 PERCENT OF ALCOHOL BY VOLUME.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Sections 14(1)(3) and 17(y)(3) be and they are hereby
added to Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume and
1976 Supplement) to read as follows:

14.
(1) (3) IN WORCESTER COUNTY LIGHT WINE MEANS ANY
FERMENTED BEVERAGE NOT IN EXCESS OF 22 PERCENT OF
ALCOHOL BY VOLUME.
17.
(y) (3) IN WORCESTER COUNTY LIGHT WINE MEANS ANY
FERMENTED BEVERAGE NOT IN EXCESS OF 22 PERCENT OF
ALCOHOL BY VOLUME.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health and safety and having been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three—fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.
