SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 2(c), 13(k), and 15 (i) of Article
2B — Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be
and they are hereby repealed and reenacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

For the purposes of this article and unless
otherwise required by the context:
(c) (1) "Light wine" means any naturally
fermented wine containing not in excess of 14 percent of
alcohol by volume. [However, in]
(2) IN Wicomico County light wine means any
fermented beverage NOT IN EXCESS of 22 percent of alcohol
by volume.
(3) IN WORCESTER COUNTY LIGHT WINE MEANS ANY
FERMENTED BEVERAGE NOT IN EXCESS OF 22 PERCENT OF
ALCOHOL BY VOLUME.

(ii) Seven day, applied countywide -
