FOR the purpose of prohibiting drinking of intoxicating
beverages in certain places without certain
authorization in Washington Allegany County;
defining a certain term; transferring certain
provisions of the law from Article 2C to Article 2B
that concern being intoxicated or consuming
alcoholic beverages in certain places with certain
exceptions, and including penalty provisions; adding
certain subtitles and subheadings; and clarifying
language.
