(IX) OTHER EXPENSES. (3) THE NAME OF EACH OFFICIAL IN THE
LEGISLATIVE BRANCH OR MEMBER OF AN OFFICIAL'S IMMEDIATE
FAMILY WHO HAS BENEFITED FROM GIFTS WITH A CUMULATIVE
VALUE OF $75 OR MORE DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD GIVEN BY
THE REGISTRANT OR ANYONE ACTING IN BEHALF OF THE
REGISTRANT, WHETHER OR NOT THE GIFTS WERE GIVEN IN
CONNECTION WITH THE REGISTRANT'S LOBBYING ACTIVITIES.
FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS SUBSECTION, NO GIFTS TOTALING
LESS THAN $15 IN A CALENDAR DAY NEED NOT BE COUNTED
TOWARD THE CUMULATIVE VALUE OF $75, BUT IF THE CUMULATIVE
VALUE OF $75 IS ATTAINED OR EXCEEDED, EACH GIFT OF $10 OR
MORE THEREAFTER SHALL BE ITEMIZED BY DATE, BENEFICIARY,
AMOUNT OR VALUE, AND NATURE OF THE GIFT. EXPENSES REPORTED IN SUBPARAGRAPH 10 (A) (2) (VII) ABOVE NEED NOT BE ALLOCATED TO INDIVIDUAL OFFICIALS, BUT FOR EACH SUCH EVENT, THE DATE, LOCATION, AND TOTAL EXPENSE INCURRED BY
THE REGISTRANT SHALL BE STATED. (E) EACH REGISTRANT SHALL OBTAIN AND PRESERVE ALL
ACCOUNTS, BILLS, RECEIPTS, BOOKS, PAPERS, AND DOCUMENTS
NECESSARY TO SUBSTANTIATE THE REPORTS REQUIRED TO BE MADE
ACCORDING TO THIS SECTION FOR TWO YEARS FROM THE DATE OF
FILING OF THE REPORT CONTAINING THESE ITEMS. THESE
MATERIALS SHALL BE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION UPON REQUEST
BY THE BOARD AFTER REASONABLE NOTICE. (C) THE GOVERNOR MAY REQUIRE__ANY REGISTRANT TO FILE ADDITIONAL REPORTS AS HE MAY DEEM NECESSARY. 11. [All reports and registrations herein provided for
shall be on forms prepared by the Secretary of State and
shall contain only such information as he may reasonably
require to carry out the purposes of this subtitle. The
records shall be open to public inspection in the office
of the Secretary of State during normal business hours.] (A)    REPORTS FILED PURSUANT TO THIS SUBTITLE ARE
MAINTAINED BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE AND ARE MADE
AVAILABLE BY HIM, DURING NORMAL OFFICE HOURS, FOR
EXAMINATION AND COPYING BY THE PUBLIC, SUBJECT TO SUCH
REASONABLE FEES AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AS THE
SECRETARY OF STATE MAY ESTABLISH FROM TIME TO TIME.      ALL
REPORTS ARE RETAINED AS PUBLIC RECORDS FOR AT LEAST     TWO
YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THEIR RECEIPT BY THE SECRETARY OF
STATE. (B)    THE SECRETARY OF STATE SHALL REQUIRE THAT ANY
PERSON EXAMINING OR COPYING REPORTS FILED UNDER THIS
SUBTITLE TO RECORD HIS NAME, HOME ADDRESS, AND THE NAME
OF THE PERSON WHOSE REPORT WAS EXAMINED OR COPIED.
