(f) In Harford County the liquor control board may
issue a SIX DAY, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, OR A SEVEN DAY
club license for the sale of beer and wine for
consumption on the premises only to bona fide clubs as
defined by § 2 (n), which have held regular meetings at
an established headquarters for a period of one year
prior to the application for the license. The cost of
the SIX DAY license is $150 [and the]. THE COST OF A
SEVEN DAY LICENSE IS $225. THE licensee may sell for
consumption on the premises brewed beverages with an
alcoholic content of no more than 6 percent by volume and
fermented beverages containing no more than 23 percent by
volume. [The holder of a club license may also purchase
a special Sunday on-sale only license upon the payment of
an additional fee of $75.] 19. (n) (1) In Harford County the annual fee for
[this] A SIX DAY, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, license is
$1,600 for a restaurant and $2,100 for a hotel[; and a
restaurant or hotel as defined below is entitled to the
issuance of a special Sunday license upon payment of an
additional fee of $375]. THE ANNUAL FEE FOR A SEVEN DAY
LICENSE IS $1,975 FOR A RESTAURANT AND $2,475 FOR A
HOTEL. [This] THE license permits the sale of liquor for
consumption inside the premises only. In addition, beer
and wine may be sold for consumption on and off sale
pursuant to § 14 (g). (2)    This license may be issued in Harford County to a bona fide hotel which (i) is an establishment for the accommodation of the public, providing services ordinarily found in hotels, (ii) is equipped with no fewer than 25 rooms, a lobby with a registration and mail desk and seating facilities, and a dining room which serves full-course meals at least twice daily. This license in a hotel permits sale at bars or, counters, but not liquor for consumption off the premises. Beer and wine may be sold for consumption on and off sale pursuant
to § 14(g). (3)    This license may be issued in Harford County to a restaurant which meets the following requirements and conditions [;]: (i) serves full—course meals at least twice daily; (ii) has a regular seating capacity of tables, not including seats at bars or counters for 60 or more persons; (iii) has been in full-time operation as a restaurant for not less than six
months immediately preceding the time the application is
made for the license. However the six month time period requirement does not apply to a licensee whose business has been disrupted or interrupted as a result of fire or
other disaster; (iv) has had daily average receipts from the sale of food in excess of sales of alcoholic beverages during the six month period immediately preceding the application for license.
