SECTION 3 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Act, may not be construed to extend or apply to the
salary or expense allowance of the______________in
office on the effective date of this Act, but the
provisions of this Act concerning the salary and expense
allowance of the ______________ shall take effect at the
beginning of the next following tern of office.

(House Bill 1656)
AN ACT concerning
Charles County - School Buses
FOR the purpose of prohibiting Charles County from owning
more than a certain number of school buses;
repealing a prior enactment of the General Assembly
and adding the material to the law so as to properly
place the material in the Annotated Code; and
generally relating to Charles County school buses
and to proper placement of certain provisions in the
Annotated Code.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Chapter 730 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1969 be and it is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 56E be and it is hereby added to Article 77 -
