[The] THERE IS AN Apple Merchandising Fund [is
created and continued], All money levied and collected
under the provisions of this subtitle constitutes a
special fund to defray partially the expenses incurred in
administering this subtitle. Notwithstanding any other
provision of this Code, any unexpended money at the end
of the fiscal year shall remain in the special fund and
does not revert to the State general treasury.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
13-201 and 13-202 (a) of Article - Commercial Law, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Volume and 1976
Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows;

13-201.
[The] THERE IS A Division of Consumer Protection [is
created and continued within] IN the [office of the
Attorney General to] DEPARTMENT OF LAW, THE DIVISION
SHALL administer this subtitle.
13-202.
(a) [A] THERE IS A Consumer Council [is created
and continued within] IN the Division. The Council shall
advise the Division on general goals for the development
of programs, undertake studies and issue reports, and
foster cooperation among federal, State, and local
agencies and private groups.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
11-201(a) of Article - Corporations and Associations, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Volume and 1976
Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

(a) [This title shall be administered by the]
