of Maryland. He shall make oath faithfully to perform
the duties entrusted to him, as provided in Article I, §
6 of the Constitution of Maryland. The inspector shall
furnish a bond in the amount of $2,000 to the board of
license commissioners and Wicomico County, jointly,
conditioned that he will well and faithfully execute his
office in all things pertaining thereto. The cost of the
bond shall be paid by Wicomico County.
(2) THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS OF
WICOMICO COUNTY SHALL BE CHARGED WITH THE COORDINATION OF
ENFORCEMENT OF ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSING LAWS AS
PERTAINS TO WICOMICO COUNTY.
(3) IN ADDITION, THE BOARD OF LICENSE
COMMISSIONERS FOR WICOMICO COUNTY IS AUTHORIZED TO
DESIGNATE AN ATTORNEY FOR THE BOARD, AT AN ANNUAL SALARY
OF $2,500, AND THAT SAID THE SALARY SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
THE COUNTY BUDGET FROM TIME TO TIME.
SECTION 2. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 21(1) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby renumbered to be Section 21(m).
SECTION 3. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 148(g) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby renumbered to be Section 148(h).

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
