AN APPLICATION IS MADE TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN AN
INCOMPLETED BUILDING, OR PORTION OF IT, OR A BUILDING OR
PORTION OF IT WHICH IS TO BE REMODELED OR RENOVATED.
FINAL APPROVAL MAY BE GIVEN ONLY UPON THE COMPLETION OF
CONSTRUCTION OR REMODELING ACCORDING TO THE PLANS.
60.
(b) (1) [If the application be in Baltimore
City, or in Allegany, Baltimore, Washington, or Prince
George's counties, the] THE board shall cause a suitable
sign or notice to be posted and to remain posted for a
period of AT LEAST ten days in a conspicuous place upon
the premises described in the application.[, said] THE
posting [to] SHALL be done at least ten days before
action upon [such] THE application, and [said] THE notice
ALSO shall [also] specify the class of license applied
for and the time and place fixed by the board for hearing
upon the application.
(2) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION APPLY
ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING SUBDIVISIONS:
(I) ALLEGANY COUNTY
(II) BALTIMORE COUNTY
(III) BALTIMORE CITY
(IV) PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY
(V) WASHINGTON COUNTY
(VI) WICOMICO COUNTY

(G) IN WICOMICO COUNTY, AS OF JULY 1, 1977, THE
GOVERNOR SHALL APPOINT THREE PERSONS, SUBJECT TO THE
APPROVAL OF THE SENATE, WHO WILL CONSTITUTE THE BOARD OF
LICENSE COMMISSIONERS FOR WICOMICO COUNTY. ONE
COMMISSIONER SHALL BE APPOINTED FOR A TERM OF ONE YEAR;
ONE SHALL BE APPOINTED FOR A TERM OF TWO YEARS; ONE SHALL
BE APPOINTED FOR A TERM OF THREE YEARS. THEREAFTER, ALL
TERMS SHALL BE FOR TWO YEARS. ONE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
BOARD SHALL BE DESIGNATED AS ITS CHAIRMAN.
158.
(o) (1) The board of license commissioners of
Wicomico County shall appoint an inspector. His salary
shall be as provided in the county budget from time to
time. The duties of the inspector shall be as specified
by the board of license commissioners and be for the
proper administration and enforcement of the alcoholic
beverage laws in Wicomico County. For the purposes of
the alcoholic beverages laws, the inspector shall have
all the powers of a peace officer or sheriff of the State
