(4)         ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SOLD UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL BE CONSUMED ON THE
PREMISES ONLY. (5)           A PERSON MAY NOT BE ON THE PREMISES WHO IS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE THE LEGAL AGE FOR THE CONSUMPTION OR BEER AND LIGHT MINE IN THIS STATE. (6)           ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OTHER THAN BEER
AND LIGHT WINE SHALL BE PURCHASED FROM THE LIQUOR CONTROL
BOARD FOR WICOMICO COUNTY, MARYLAND, AND SHALL BE CHARGED
NOT MORE THAN 15 PERCENT ABOVE THE WHOLESALE OPERATION
COST TO THE DISPENSARY. 41. (g) For the purpose of this section, in Queen
Anna's County AND WICOMICO COUNTY, a man and wife shall
be considered as one and the same person. (1) (Notwithstanding any other provision this
section, Wicomico County may issue an additional Class A
beer, wine and liquor license for any premise required
under a Class B beer, wine and liquor license, upon the
payment of the prescribed fees for each class of license.
The area of the licensed premises normally used as a
restaurant for the preparation and consumption of feed
and beverages on the premises may occupy no less than 80
percent of the square foot area.] IN WICOMICO COUNTY NO
LICENSE ISSUED UNDER THIS ARTICLE MAY BE ISSUED TO A
CORPORATION UNLESS THE INDIVIDUAL QUALIFYING UNDER THIS
ARTICLE HAS BEEN A REGISTERED VOTER, TAXPAYER OF WICOMICO
COUNTY, AND A RESIDENT OF WICOMICO COUNTY FOR AT LEAST
TWO YEARS PRIOR TO SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION, AND MUST
OWN AT LEAST 20 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL ISSUED CAPITAL STOCK
OF SAID THE CORPORATION. PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT ANY
LICENSE CURRENTLY ISSUED SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THIS
SECTION. 57. (k) (1) [In] THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION
APPLY ONLY TO Wicomico County[, where]. (2)    WHERE three officers of a club as
individuals apply for a Class C club license, a statement
indicating a pecuniary interest in the business to be
conducted under the proposed license [shall] IS not [be]
required. (3)    ALL LICENSE APPLICATIONS   SHALL CONTAIN A
STATEMENT THAT THE APPLICANT IS AT LEAST     21 YEARS OLD.
WHERE THERE IS MORE THAN ONE APPLICANT,    AT LEAST ONE OF
THEM SHALL BE AT LEAST THAT AGE. (4)    THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS MAY
GIVE TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF AN APPLICATION ON THE BASIS OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ACCOMPANING THE APPLICATION WHEN
