AN ACT concerning
Horse Riding Stables - State Board
FOR the purpose of changing the composition of the State
Board of Inspection of Horse Riding Stables;
authorizing the Board to regulate certain other
stables; establishing uniform license fees;
exempting standardbred stables from the provisions
of the subtitle; renumbering certain provisions and
making other style changes.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 128, 129(b), 130, and 130B(b) of
Article 56 - Licenses, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1972 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and they
are hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to
read as follows;
