to the authority granted by § 231G of this article, the
Secretary of General Services, to the fullest extent
practicably possible, shall purchase or approve for
purchase only such materials and supplies that are
manufactured or produced from recycled paper.

AN ACT concerning

Restaurants - Health Chart Posting
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
FOR the purpose of requiring a restaurant to post in a
conspicuous place on the premises a health chart
that lists instructions on giving first aid to a
person who is choking on food lodged in the throat;
and generally relating to the posting of a health
chart with certain instructions in a restaurant the
Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to implement
a program for the posting and maintenance of a chart
in every restaurant concerning the management of
obstructed airways for removing food lodged in the
throat of an individual; and providing for the
liability of the use of this procedure.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 200B be and it is hereby added
to Article 43 ? Health, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) to read as
follows:
