hereby authorized and directed to ask for bids for the
printing of ballots for all primary and general elections
held in said county and shall award the contract for the
printing of said ballots to the lowest responsible bidder
or bidders.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
