SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 29-12(d), (e), (f), and (g),
respectively, of Article 33 - Election Code, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume and
1976 Supplement) be and they are hereby renumbered to be
Sections 29-12(e), (f), (g), and (h), respectively.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 29—12(d) be and it is hereby added to Article 33
- Election Code, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) to read as
follows:

OF ANY OTHER STATE OR LOCAL LAW, MAY COMPLY WITH THE
TERMS OF THIS SECTION BY FILING COPIES OF ANY STATEMENTS
FILED UNDER OTHER PROVISIONS OF LAW, AMENDED TO INCLUDE
ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED HEREUNDER.
