Article 33 — Election Code
29-12.
(b)          Each commissioner of the Maryland-National
Capital Park and Planning Commission, THE WASHINGTON
SUBURBAN SANITARY COMMISSION, OR, IF APPOINTED FROM
MONTGOMERY COUNTY OR PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, THE
WASHINGTON SUBURBAN TRANSIT COMMISSION, shall file with
the Secretary of State, the executive director of the
RESPECTIVE Commission (WHICH FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS
SUBTITLE WITH RESPECT TO THE WASHINGTON SUBURBAN TRANSIT COMMISSION SHALL BE DEEMED TO REFER TO THE SECRETARY TREASURER OF THAT COMMISSION), and the chief administrative officer of the county from which the
commissioner is appointed, on or before the 15th day of
April of each year during that commissioner's term in
office, the statement set forth in subsection (a) for the
calendar year immediately preceding each such year in
office. (c)          (1) Each applicant for appointment as
commissioner OF THE MARYLAND-NATIONAL CAPITAL PARK AND
PLANNING COMMISSION from Montgomery County shall file
with the Montgomery County Council and THE chief
administrative officer of Montgomery County, no later
than five days prior to the initial date set for
interview by the Council, the statement set forth in
subsection (a), for the [calendar year immediately
preceding the year in which the initial interview date
has been set.] 12-MONTH PERIOD ENDING 60 DAYS BEFORE THE
DATE INITIALLY SET FOR THE INTERVIEW. Each applicant for
appointment as Commissioner OF THE MARYLAND-NATIONAL
CAPITAL PARK AND PLANNING COMMISSION from Prince George's
County shall file with the Prince George's County Council
and the chief administrative officer of Prince George's
County, no later than five days prior to the initial date
set for confirmation hearing by the Council, the
statement set forth in subsection (a), for the [calendar
year immediately preceding the year in which the initial
date for confirmation hearing has been set.] 12-MONTH
PERIOD ENDING 60 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE INITIALLY SET FOR
THE INTERVIEW. [If any applicant for appointment is not
approved as a Commissioner, the appropriate county
council and chief administrative officer shall return to
the applicant the applicant's statement and all copies of
the statement within 15 days after the date of the final
approval of the applicant or applicants to be appointed
to the Commission.] (2)        EACH APPLICANT FOR APPOINTMENT AS A COMMISSIONER OF THE WASHINGTON SUBURBAN SANITARY
COMMISSION SHALL FILE WITH THE COUNTY COUNCIL AND THE
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER OF THE COUNTY FROM WHICH HE
SEEKS APPOINTMENT, NO LATER THAN FIVE DAYS PRICE TO THE
INTERVIEW REQUIRED BY THE WASHINGTON SUBURBAN SANITARY
CODE AS AMENDED, THE STATEMENT SET FORTH IN SUBSECTION
