anything to be placed on any railroad in this State,
calculated to obstruct, overthrow or direct from the
track of such railroad any car, vehicle or carriage,
travelling or passing on such railroad, or shall break or
injure in any manner any railroad in this State, with the
view or intent to obstruct or overthrow any car, vehicle
or carriage, such person so offending shall be deemed
guilty of felony, and upon conviction thereof shall be
[sentenced to the penitentiary for not less than two
years nor] IMPRISONED FOR NOT more than ten years AND
FINED UP TO $5.000, OR BOTH.
458.
Whoever shall willfully and maliciously shoot at or
throw or cause to fall or strike against, into or upon
any locomotive, motor, tender or car, OR ANY OCCUPANT
THEREOF, used upon any railroad or electric railway in
this State, any wood, stone or other matter or thing,
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof, before any court of competent
jurisdiction, shall be [fined not less than twenty-five
dollars nor more than one hundred dollars for each such
offence, or be subject to imprisonment for not more than
one year in the county or city jail or the house of
correction, in the discretion of such court, or if such
person be a minor under sixteen years of age, he may, in
the discretion of such court, be committed for not more
than two years to any reformatory institution provided by
law and authorized to receive minors so convicted]
IMPRISONED FOR A PERIOD FOR NOT MORE THAN FIVE YEARS OR
FINED NOT MORE THAN $1,000, OR BOTH.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning
Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Publication of Liquor Board's Decision)
FOR the purpose of requiring the Liquor Board in Harford
County to publish its decision on certain
applications in certain newspapers; preventing the
decision of the Liquor Board from becoming effective
until the expiration of a certain time period
following the publication of that decision.
