(f) No member of said Board of Education shall
receive compensation for his services, but shall receive
an allowance of $4,800 annually or such larger sum for
travel and other expenses as may be provided by the
County Council of Montgomery County. COMMENCING JULY 1,
1977, THE ANNUAL ALLOWANCE SHALL BE INCREASED BY $1,200.
EACH MEMBER OF THE BOARD WHOSE FULL TERM OF OFFICE
COMMENCES ON DECEMBER 1, 1978 AND OR THEREAFTER SHALL
RECEIVE, IN LIEU OF ALLOWANCES, ANNUAL COMPENSATION IN
THE AMOUNT OF $7,200, WITH THE PRESIDENT RECEIVING AN
ADDITIONAL $800. THE MEMBERS RECEIVING ANNUAL
COMPENSATION SHALL ALSO BE ELIGIBLE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR
SUCH EXPENSES AS THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY
MAY APPROVE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning
Montgomery County — Alcoholic Beverages
(Revenue Authority Restaurant)
MC 178-77
FOR the purpose of providing that in Montgomery County an
on-sale license for sale of beer and wine may be
issued for any restaurant located upon land owned by
the Montgomery County Revenue Authority and operated
by the Revenue Authority or others in connection
with the operation of an airport.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section. 37(a-3) be and it is hereby
added to Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume and
1976 Supplement) to read as follows:
