AN ACT concerning
Montgomery County - Board of Education Compensation
MC 164-77
FOR the purpose of increasing the annual allowance of
current members of the Board of Education for
Montgomery County; substituting and setting an
annual compensation, in lieu of allowances, for
members whose full term commences on December 1,
1978, and or thereafter; and providing for the
reimbursement of certain expenses.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 36(f) of Article 77 - Public
Education, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1975
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
