(A-3) SECTION 37(A) DOES NOT PROHIBIT THE ISSUANCE
OF AN ON-SALE LICENSE FOR THE SALE OF BEER AND WINE FOR
ANY RESTAURANT LOCATED UPON LAND OWNED BY THE MONTGOMERY
COUNTY REVENUE AUTHORITY AND OPERATED BY THE REVENUE
AUTHORITY OR OTHERS IN CONNECTION WITH THE OPERATION OF
AN AIRPORT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1977.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSSMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 7-106(d) of Article 66D -
Maryland—National Capital Park and Planning Commission,
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement
Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(d) The Commission may include in its annual
budget provision for the acquisition of lands, needed for
