72A. A TRANSFEROR OF AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE IN CECIL COUNTY, OR HIS AGENT, MAY NOT ASK FOR OR EXACT ANY REMUNERATION OR CONSIDERATION FROM THE TRANSFEREE OF THE LICENSE, HIS AGENT, OR HIS ASSIGNS; AND THE TRANSFEROR OF HIS AGENT MAY NOT TREAT THE LICENSE AS IF IT CONFERS ANY
PROPERTY RIGHT UPON HIM.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977. Approved May 17, 1977.
CHAPTER 586 (House Bill 1722) AN ACT concerning Cecil and Harford Counties - Hunting FOR the purpose of prohibiting persons in Cecil County
and Harford County from hunting in a certain manner
on lands owned by certain persons without written
permission of the owner, his agent, or lessee;
making certain persons liable for certain actions on
these lands; precluding the landowner from liability
for certain actions on these lands; and clarifying
language. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article — Natural Resources
Section 10-411(b)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1976 Supplement)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 10-411(b) of Article - Natural
Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1976 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows: Article — Natural Resources 10-411. (b) (1) [In Harford County, a] A person may not
[come to hunt,] upon any pretense [whatever,] COME TO
HUNT with a gun, on the lands owned by another person
without the written permission of the landowner, his
