AN ACT concerning
Corrective Bill — Corporations and Associations
FOR the purpose of correcting technical errors in the
laws relating to Corporations and Associations.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article — Corporations and Associations
Section 3-412(b), 4-303(7), 8-203(a)(4), 11-409(a),
11-901(d), and 11-906

Preamble
In subsection (b) of Section 3-412 of the
Corporations and Associations Article
"directors—trustees" should be "director—trustees".
Near the beginning of paragraph (7) in §4-303, in
the bound volume, there is a reference to "§§2-315(b),
(c), and (d), and 2-416". Chapter 567, Acts 1976,
eliminated "and 2—416" but left the two section symbols;
one section symbol should be removed.
Near the beginning of paragraph (4) in subsection
(a) of §8-203, as amended by Chapter 353, Acts 1976,
there is a reference to "subsection (3) of this section"
which should be "paragraph (3) of this subsection".
At the end of subsection (a) of §11-409, as amended
by Chapter 481, Acts 1976, there is a reference to the
"federal Security Exchange Commission" this should be
"Securities and Exchange Commission".
In subsection (d) of §11—901, added by Chapter 615,
Acts 1976, "controlling, controlled by" was intended to
read "controlling," "controlled by". In the last
sentence in § 11—906, also added by Chapter 615, the
semicolon should be a comma; now, therefore,
