County; and generally relating to a Class H license.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 19A of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages
19A.
(A) Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the
City of Annapolis may issue a beer, wine and liquor
license which authorizes the holder to keep for sale and
sell beer, wine and liquor at any establishment within
the city for consumption on the premises only.
