(B) (1) A CLASS H BEER, MINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE
AUTHORIZES THE HOLDER TO KEEP FOR SALE AND SELL BEER,
WINE AND LIQUOR AT RETAIL AT ANY RESTAURANT FOR
CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES.
(2) THIS SUBSECTION APPLIES TO ANNE ARUNDEL
COUNTY.
(3) THE ANNUAL FEE FOR THIS LICENSE IS $800.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning
Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Notice of Hearings)
FOR the purpose of including Harford County among those
subdivisions in which a sign or notice of hearings
is required to be posted on the premises of any
applicant requiring the posting of certain signs
under certain circumstances in Harford County; and
clarifying language.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 60(b) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

60.
