AN ACT concerning
Talbot County - County Treasurer and
County Finance Officer
FOR the purpose of amending and revising the Local Laws
of Talbot County concerning the election, powers,
duties, and procedures of the former office of
County Treasurer and the powers, duties, and
procedures of the present office of County Finance
Officer; making corrections and revisions in these
laws and in their references to certain other county
officers and employees; and relating generally to
the former office of County Treasurer and the
present office of County Finance Officer in Talbot
County.

and Chapter 825 of the Acts of 1963)
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
The Public Local Laws of Talbot County
Section 73, 80, 86, 88, 89, 90, 91, 98, 99, 103,
105, and 111
Article 21 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition, as amended variously by Chapter 19
of the Acts of 1941, Chapter 788 of the Acts of
1959, and Chapter 825 of the Acts of 1963)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 77, 79, 81, 87, 93, 94, 100, 101,
108A, 109, and 110 of the Public Local Laws of Talbot
County, being Article 21 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition, as enacted or amended variously by Chapter
77 175 of the Acts of 1951, Chapter 788 of the Acts of
1959, Chapter 141 of the Acts of 1963, and Chapter 825 of
the Acts of 1963) be and they are hereby repealed; and
that Sections 78, 30, 86, 88, 89, 90, 91, 98, 99, 103,
105, and 111 of this Article and Code be and they are
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments; and all
to read as follows:
