determined by the State Department of Assessments and
Taxation in favor of a complete exemption; and
WHEREAS, It is therefore unnecessary to retain the
Somerset County tax credit for the part of the property
owned by Olde Princess Anne Days; now therefore,
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 9C(n) of Article 81 - Revenue and
Taxes, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1975
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed:
Article 81 - Revenue and Taxes
9C.
[(n) In Somerset County, real property owned by
Olde Princess Anne Days of Princess Anne, Maryland,
Incorporated.]
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
