Article 33 — Election Code
2-3.
(a) Each member of the boards of the several
political subdivisions of the State shall receive an
annual salary of not less than the following amounts:
(5) Calvert County: [$500] $1,000.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1977.

(House Bill 1007)
AN ACT concerning
Natural Resources - Deer Hunting
FOR the purpose of setting a maximum term of imprisonment
which a judge may impose upon a person hunting deer
with a spotlight: and removing the minimum fine and
minimum term of imprisonment for that crime.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 10-416 (d) of Article - Natural
Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1976 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Article - Natural Resources
10-416.
(d) Any person who violates any provision of
subsection (c) is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction is subject to a fine of at least $100 and not
exceeding $2,000 or imprisonment for not less than 30
days, AND NOT MORE THAN SIX MONTHS or both, with costs
imposed in the discretion of the court. Any person
convicted of violating the provisions of this subsection
