LAMS OF MARYLAND
THE DEPARTMENT'S INTENT TO ENTER HIS NAME IN THE CHILD ABUSE CENTRAL REGISTRY. (4) UPON THE REQUEST OF A SUSPECTED CHILD ABUSER, THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES SHALL REMOVE THE SUSPECTED CHILD ABUSER'S NAME FROM THE REGISTRY, IF THERE HAS BEEN NO ENTRY MADE FOR THAT INDIVIDUAL FOR SEVEN YEARS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE REQUEST.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

CHAPTER 505 (House Bill 1002) AN ACT concerning Somerset County - Olde Princess Anne Days
Property Tax Credits FOR the purpose of repealing an unnecessary credit
against Somerset County property taxes for property
owned by Olde Princess Anne Days. BY repealing Article 81 - Revenue and Taxes Section 9C(n) Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)
Preamble WHEREAS, Section 9C(n) of Article 81 of the Code now
extends a credit against Somerset County property taxes
for property owned by Olde Princess Anne Days,
Incorporated; and WHEREAS, The property owned by Olde Princess Anne
Days comprises part of a building, the remaining part of
which is owned by the Somerset County Historical Society;
and WHEREAS, The Historical Society is entitled to an
exemption from State and Somerset County taxes for its
part of the building under the provisions of Section 9(h)
of Article 81; and WHEREAS, The question of the possible exemption of
