(A) ALL CERTIFICATES OF REGISTRATION AND OF
ENDORSEMENT EXPIRE ON JANUARY 31 OF EACH YEAR.
(B) A person who practices the fitting of hearing
aids shall annually pay to the Board a fee of $40 for a
renewal of his certificate of registration or certificate
of endorsement. A thirty-day grace period shall be
allowed after expiration of a certificate during which a
certificate may be renewed on payment of a fee of $45 to
the Board. The Board may suspend the certificate of any
person who fails to renew his certificate before the
expiration of the thirty-day grace period. After the
expiration of the grace period, the Board may renew such
a certificate upon the payment of $50 to the Board. No
person who applies for renewal, whose certificate was
suspended for failure to renew shall be required to
submit to any examination as a condition of renewal.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the fee
for licenses issued after January 31, 1977 and before
January 31, 1978 shall be prorated.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
