AN ACT concerning
Real Property - Condominium Assessments
FOR the purpose of requiring that certain common element
condominium property be assessed in a certain
percentage interest manner; requiring the approval
of the Department of Assessments and Taxation on all
percentage interest assignments; establishing the
standard for approval; and clarifying certain
language the assessment of condominium property to
be in accordance with the provisions of Article 81,
Section 14(b) of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

(b) "Common elements" means all of the condominium
except the units. FOR ASSESSMENT PURPOSES ONLY, "COMMON

STRUCTURAL PART OF ONE OR MORE INDIVIDUAL PROPERTIES.
