SIMPLIFIED POLICIES OF INSURANCE PROVIDING BROAD
COVERAGE OF ALL OR VARIOUS COMBINATIONS OF RISKS MAY BE
APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONER AND ISSUED BY INSURERS
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE, AND
NOTWITHSTANDING THOSE PROVISIONS OF ANY OTHER LAW WHICH
SPECIFIES THE CONTENT OF INSURANCE POLICIES, IF THESE
POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS PROMULGATED BY THE
COMMISSIONER SPECIFYING THE STANDARDS WHICH MUST BE MET
BY INSURERS FOR ISSUING THESE POLICIES AND ASSURING TO
POLICYHOLDERS AND CLAIMANTS PROTECTIONS NOT LESS
FAVORABLE THAN THEY WOULD BE ENTITLED TO UNDER A
SUBSTANTIALLY SIMILAR POLICY WHICH IS NOT SUBJECT TO THIS
SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

length of time Program Open Space is to be funded;
fixing a termination date for the program; and
making a certain technical change.

Chapter 403 of the Acts of 1969
