Securities — Filing Fees
FOR the purpose of requiring the payment of a certain fee
for any filing made pursuant to an exemption under
the Maryland Security Act.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 11-506
Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 11-506 of Article - Corporations
and Associations, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1975
Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Article - Corporations and Associations
11-506.
(a) Every person filing a registration statement
shall pay a filing fee of 0.1 percent of the maximum
aggregate offering price at which the registered
securities are to be offered in this State, but the fee
may not be in any case less than $25 or more than $250.
(B) EVERY PERSON SUBMITTING REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A
FILING PURSUANT TO ANY EXEMPTION GRANTED UNDER THIS TITLE
SHALL PAY A FEE OF $100 FOR EACH FILING.
